Reviews and Ratings
I had a cozy stay at the hotel, despite the small room size, it was comfortable and had all the essentials I needed. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff throughout my stay. The central location near Alexanderplatz was a major plus, offering easy access to attractions and transportation. The dining experience was decent, with a small complimentary breakfast due to the restaurant renovation. Overall, a decent stay with great value for money.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean but quite small, although the shower had awesome water pressure. The service was efficient and the staff friendly. The location was fantastic, with easy access to restaurants and sites, although there were some homeless people around. The dining experience was satisfactory, and the facilities were good.
The hotel is located right in the heart of Berlin's center, surrounded by supermarkets, shopping malls, restaurants, and cafes, making it ideal for exploring the city easily. The rooms, though small, are impeccably clean and comfortable. The service was welcoming and helpful, although there was a slight disappointment with the lack of a kettle. The dining options, while sufficient, could use more variety. The hotel facilities are well-kept and enjoyable, adding to the overall experience.
The hotel offered small but practical and clean rooms, albeit noisy due to a nearby club, with a suggestion for earplugs. The service was extremely friendly and helpful, and the convenient location near Alexanderplatz made exploring Berlin easy. The complimentary breakfast compensated for the restaurant being under renovation. Overall, a valuable stay with minor inconveniences.
The hotel had really clean and comfortable rooms, but it was also very noisy due to a nearby club playing loud music until 5 am. A suggestion would be to provide earplugs in the room to help mitigate the noise. The location was excellent, just a minute walk from Alexanderplatz with great public transport connections and a view of the TV tower. The dining experience, although a bit overpriced for the limited selection, offered a small complimentary breakfast during the restaurant's renovation, which was a nice gesture.
The hotel is perfectly located next to the TV tower and Alexanderplatz station, offering a great view from the window. The rooms were clean, but a bit small, and the bathroom lacked ventilation. The service from housekeeping and the bar was attentive, although some staff were on the phone while guests waited. The location is fantastic, close to S-bahn station, shops, and bars. The dining experience was limited but complimentary breakfast was a nice touch due to restaurant renovation. The facilities were sufficient but somewhat basic.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were on the 18th floor with fantastic views, clean, and in great condition. The Italian restaurant next door offered a lovely hot breakfast, and the atmosphere at night was fantastic. The service was very warm and pleasant, with staff going the extra mile to ask about our room preferences upon arrival. The location was amazing, with loads of great restaurants nearby, walking distance to many sites, and direct links to the airport. However, being right in the middle of Alexanderplatz, it was a bit busy for my liking. The dining experience was pleasant despite the restaurant undergoing renovation, offering a complimentary breakfast of croissants, fruit, and coffee. Overall, a great value for money hotel.
I loved the hotel's modern rooms, despite them being a little small. The service was fantastic with a rooftop bar offering a great view, and the staff were incredibly nice. The location was perfect, right in the center of Alexanderplatz with many amenities nearby. The dining experience was good but lacked variety. Overall, a great stay with some minor drawbacks.
The Motel One offers clean and comfortable rooms globally, though a bit dark and could be a tad bigger. It would have been nice to see more variety at breakfast. The friendly service was mostly obliging, but some morning knocks were a bit stressful. The location opposite Alexanderplatz station is excellent for exploring top attractions and satisfying interior design passion. The dining provided good bread, cheese, and coffee, though lacking variety like bacon or scrambled eggs. Overall, a good value choice with compact yet well-maintained facilities.
The hotel offers a good view from the rooms, but they are not very spacious due to ongoing repairs from a previous flood. The location is superb, right on Alexanderplatz, making it convenient for exploring the city and access to public transport. Dining options were criticized for lacking variety and being charged separately, not included in the room price.
I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The location was superb, right by Alexanderplatz and easily accessible from all over Berlin. The rooms were nice but could use more storage space. The service was friendly overall, but the wait while staff chatted on the phone was a bit frustrating. The dining experience was good but lacked variety, and the breakfast was affected by previous flooding. The facilities were decent, and the value for money was reasonable.
I couldn't have asked for a better location; right at the doorstep of Alexanderplatz, making it so convenient for exploring and shopping. The rooms boasted a nice, big window allowing me to enjoy an amazing view of Alexanderplatz; however, the area can get crowded with homeless people at times. The service was outstanding, with staff that changed my level when requested and were super helpful and friendly. The dining options were quite expensive, but the wide selection and availability till late morning compensated for it. Overall, a convenient location, great view, and superb service make this hotel a delightful stay.
The hotel had uniquely decorated rooms that were larger and more comfortable than expected, providing a nice, quiet stay. However, there was a lack of complimentary water or drinking glasses in the rooms.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms are the standard cozy size you can expect at any Motel One worldwide, but they had everything I needed - a comfortable bed, a chair, a safe, a TV, and a great shower. The overall experience was superb, and I even had a view of the TV tower right from my room.
